Twice as Fast, Twice as Fun

Everyone loves a stocktake and now you can make it twice as fast and twice as fun with the Shared Stocktaking feature!

Previously, stocktakes could only be carried out by one person at a time. With this fantastic update, you can create one stocktake and share it across multiple devices across the whole shop.

• Ideal for bigger pro shops – involve the whole team and smash it out!
• Perfect for smaller shops wanting to stocktake across the entire shop
• Loved by accountants for that end of year stock value!

Quick User Guide

In the Xapp Pro app on your phone

1. Look out for a new share option, “Share with Other Users?” when creating a stocktake

2. There is a new Users button in the Scan screen (see top right in green)

3. Tap on the green Users button for a list of connected users and their status.

Meanwhile, back in Xpos …

4. ListView displays the new ‘Shared’ column with the multiple users icon. A green tick here indicates the stocktake is shared.

Next to this, in the ‘Status’ column, you will now see how many users are still counting this stocktake.

5. Uncounted: If you tap the ‘Counting’ hyperlink, you will see a list of staff who are still counting.

6. Partially Counted: As the team progresses through the stocktake, this will update to show you who has completed counting (or not).

7. It is possible to complete the stocktake before everyone has finished counting and this pop up notification will remind you that one users has not yet finished.
