NEW REPORTS
For users of our cloud system, there are two new reports in Xpos.
The Stock Movement report enables you to monitor certain tasks, such as stock ins, stock outs or adjustments, carried out by various members of staff. Use it to check that processes are being followed correctly. It’s a great report to have to hand during a meeting with a supplier – how much stock was delivered during the season, and did it arrive when needed?
The Stock Turn report displays your overall stock turn figure, as well as by sub group. Please see your Software Update email sent on 13.2.25.
REFER A RETAILER

TGI CONFERENCE AND AWARDS
The TGI conference is always a well-attended, friendly and worthwhile event, and this year was no different.
Phil, Claire, Mark and Matt thoroughly enjoyed hosting the Xpos stand and meeting many current, and prospective, Xpos customers.
For those of you who were able to attend on the Wednesday, we hope you enjoyed our Founder, Phil Barnard’s market insights and golf industry update. This was followed by another great presentation, by Mark, on making the most of 2025. Mark covered lots of topics including loyalty, commission and discounting in Xpos.

ON CLOUD BENEFITS

SOFTWARE NEWS
Last week there were several new exciting updates to the software, including:
- A faster, more intuitive way to search for customers
- New Orders feature to manage full and part-deliveries
- Control feature in the Performance Dashboard
- New prompts for printing labels
- New reports
