New free email and CHAT support

We are pleased to let you know that, from this month, all users of our cloud software will receive FREE email and CHAT emergency support every weekend.

If you’re’ unable to trade, due to tech issues, our expert technicians will be on hand to help. Please email support@xpos.co.uk or hit the CHAT button on our website.

We will continue to provide our existing weekend phone support for customers paying for that service.

We know it can be frustrating if you can’t get expert help during your busiest times and feedback tell us this additional free service is something you will appreciate.

We hope it will take away some of the pressure from our retail customers.
