New Features

  • British Summer Time flag for Xball 
    • Added a setting to track whether or not an EGM Ball Machine changes time when the clocks go forward/back (do not announce this yet though as Reports still need to be adjusted to take note of this new setting)
  • Added some Pricing fields to our API  
  • Added “Stock Out” option to Product Screen 
    • This will allow users to search for and select a Product in the Product Screen and begin a “Stock Out” from there, as you can currently do for a “Stock In”
  • Auto-discount Sale on Finish (Optional)
    • When you have entered a partial payment for a Sale, but forgot to discount the Products, you can now press “Finish” to complete the sale and the outstanding amount can be automatically applied as a discount to the basket
  • Various Translations Updated
  • Mostly in the Reports area, thanks to all Swedish/German speakers who pointed these out

Bug Fixes

  • Product Variant Names 
    • Fixed issue with these disappearing if the Product Name is changed, also fixed an issue with them not being displayed in the correct order (e.g. Small / Medium / Large)
  • Strange Characters in Labels 
    • Fixed issue with certain characters, most noticeably apostrophes and quotation marks, appears as odd combinations of other characters (e.g. “Today’s Sales” instead of “Today’s Sales)
  • Sale Transaction Number not updating when sale is created via Shopify – Fixed
  • Price Bands name can be edited even after being Published – Fixed
  • Prices can be edited when performing a Stock Out, but are not saved – Fixed
  • Error when putting a VATable Customer Account into debt– Fixed
  • Error trying to pay for a GIT Competition (Sweden) – Fixed
  • Bug which reset all Sales Prices of Variable Price Products in basket, when only editing one – Fixed
  • Bug preventing Reverse Sale or Refund of Ball Machine Vouchers (Xball)– Fixed
  • Various Bugs causing duplicated Products to be added to Sales

New Reports

  • Passports report 
    • New report that shows customer passports purchased as well as expiry dates.  The report will only be available for those who have a passport licence.

Reports Fixes

  • Xeft Transactions
    • New multiselect – Xeft ID filter. This means you can filter out sales processed locally for other companies that have their own Xeft account.
  • Sales Analysis 
    • All versions have been optimised
  • Customer receipt (View Receipt + Email receipt)
    • “Credit..(Serial No.)” appeared for all account credits and Competition Entries in email receipt and view receipt – issue has now been resolved.
  • Account debit row appeared in error due to a trade in reverse sale. This issue has now been resolved.
    • Loyalty refund row added to show the value returned to the shop when a product that earned loyalty is returned.  
  • Competition entries 
    • Report not loading due to report parameter error. Issue has now been resolved.
  • Xeft Payout Report 
    • Xeft ID filter has been added so that customers have visibility of payouts for all companies receiving payments via Xeft. 
  • Customer receipt 
    • Account debit row appeared in error due to a trade in reverse sale. This issue has now been resolved.
    • Loyalty refund row added to show the value returned to the shop when a product that earned loyalty is returned.  
  • Customer account transactions 
    • Group by customer toggle has been fixed.
  • Customer Invoice 
    • Total VAT now appears when combined product name is used.
