Xpos Cloud Update: October 2026

New Features
- New side menu
- Use the side menu from anywhere in Xpos, including the sales list, to go straight from Sales to Products without returning to the home screen. Click the arrow at the top to collapse it to icons (handy on smaller screens). Hover over an icon to see what it is. The menu is only hidden while you’re in a sale.
- Better product search
- Searching by Product ID, Style Number or SKU on the Product and Stock screens now finds matches anywhere in the code, not just at the start. E.g. “0244” now finds ADHY0244.
- Stock totals on Products screen
- Stock level and value totals are back at the bottom of the Products screen when you’ve applied a filter.
- Customer screens
◦ Create/edit customer is now split into tabs, so there’s no more scrolling through one long form
◦ They look the same whether opened from Customers or the Sales screen
◦ Tap the photo box to add a customer photo. Photos now also show on the Sales screen, so you can check you’re serving the right customer
◦ The customer list loads faster - GIT arrivals
- If GIT already marks players as paid, you can turn off the “mark as arrived/paid” question at the end of a tee time sale. Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > GIT and change Display mark as arrived question at end of tee time sale.
- SIE export
- You can now export SIE data by company.
- Xcaddie levy accounts
- Levy accounts can no longer be topped up from the Xcaddie app (this was already blocked in Xpos).
Bug Fixes
- Loyalty on reversals
- When you reverse a sale part-paid with loyalty, the loyalty amount now goes back to the customer’s loyalty account, and you refund the rest by your chosen payment type.
- Reversals & archived products
- Reversing a sale for an archived product now un-archives it automatically.
- Part-delivered orders
- Labels now only print for the quantity you’ve accepted.
- Stocktake totals
- The totals on the View Stocktake screen now add up correctly and update when you show or hide discrepancies.
- Xeft
- No more blank printout when an Xeft terminal times out.
- Price bands
- Price bands can now be archived.
New Reports
- New layout
- The Reports and Settings pages have a new look that’s easier to use on smaller screens.
- Quicker access to saved filters
- For reports with more than one version (e.g. Sales Analysis, Sales Comparison), clicking the report now shows the versions to choose from. You can also pick a saved filter before the report runs, so there’s no need to run it twice. Use the left arrow at the top to go back.
- Saving filters
◦ The Save Filter window has been tidied up
◦ You can’t save a filter while the report is still loading
◦ Filters can no longer be named “Default”
